In this workshop you will learn how to make tinctures from medicinal plants which grow at Ruigoord. Based on traditional herbalism and local plant resources, Iskra Bela – an artist and herbalist who studied medicinal plants and grows her own permaculture garden – offers hands-on knowledge about common remedies – tinctures. After this workshop, you will be able to take home the remedies you made and continue the process of learning, creating and enjoying at home. Iskra’s Herbal Alchemy shop – where you can buy medicinal teas, tinctures, oils, balms and other remedies that she made using her own grown herbs from her permaculture garden – is also present during RE_NATURE festival!
