Regenerative Hunting Workshop

Is it possible to survive at Ruigoord by hunting and foraging for food? Pan Vanitcharoenthum takes you on a Regenerative Hunting workshop to find out the answer, where Pan will introduce various plant and animal species around Ruigoord that can be ethically and ecologically gathered for food. The practice of Regenerative Hunting questions the dominant food industries and explores how to sustain oneself and communities while caring about the ecology.

When Pan, born and raised in the polluted city of Bangkok, discovered that the concept of sustainability in the Western world was often achieved through colonization and exploitation of resources in developing countries, Pan started researching how humans can reconnect with nature and food sources through activities such as hunting and regenerative farming.
